Waitlist: If a class is fully booked on the schedule, clients can join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does require payment to ensure if a spot does open, that there was a credit purchased to take said class. JOINING THE WAITLIST IS NOT A CONFIRMED BOOKING SPOT! If a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep your emails and texts toggled on to be notified of any openings. The class credit purchased if unused, may be used for another class while the class booking credit is valid. All booking credits have an expiration date.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Our late cancellation policy applies to all classes at the studio. Please refer to these policies for more details.
Studio Policies: Clients are expected to adhere to all studio policies, including dress code, arrival times, and behavior guidelines. Failure to comply with studio policies may result in refusal of service or termination of membership.
Changes to Services: Re.Form Pilates/ SAE by Re.Form reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, offerings, classes, memberships, pricing options, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: By purchasing any classes, packages, memberships, or merchandise at our studio, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our purchase policy and agree to abide by its terms.
*Studio Events are a separate category from our regularly scheduled classes. They will not be refunded or credited towards studio classes or events.
