At Re.Form Pilates/ SAE by Re.Form, We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your class reservation. However, in order to accommodate other clients and maintain the integrity of our class schedule, we have implemented the following late cancellation policy:
Cancellation Deadline: Clients must cancel their class reservation more than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time to avoid a late cancellation fee of $10, and forfeiting the class booking credit.
Late Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels their class reservation less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time, they will be charged the class as used along with a $10 fee.
Clients can cancel their class reservation by logging into their account on the Mindbody website, Mindbody app, or our studio app.
Repeated Offenses: Clients who repeatedly violate the late cancellation policy may be subject to further action, including suspension of booking privileges.
NO SHOWS: Failure to attend a scheduled class without canceling in advance (a “no-show”) will result in the client being charged the full class fee plus a no show fee ($15)to the original form of payment.
Late Arrival: We have a strict 5 minute grace period for all classes. You WILL NOT be able to enter the class more than 5 minutes after class starts.
Grace Period: The 5 minute grace period is for ESTABLISHED CLIENTS ONLY! NEW CLIENTS do not have the courtesy of the 5 minute grace period. New clients must arrive 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start in order to attend.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases online or in studio for any reason.
Teacher Sub: Classes may be subbed. Please keep your emails and texts toggled on to be notified of any scheduling changes. Class credits will not be returned based on a teacher change. Emergencies happen and in order to keep a class on the schedule for all clients booked, we will make adjustments to scheduling as needed.
Code of Conduct understanding: Clients misbehaving, misusing equipment, causing damage to the brand, showing up impaired, or making clients/ employees/ owners uncomfortable will be asked to not return. Please act with grace towards the staff, equipment, and space we are providing.
