At Re.Form Pilates/ SAE by Re.Form, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional studio classes. To ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing process, we have established the following purchase policy:
Booking and Payment: All sales are final. Clients can book classes through our website, our mobile app, Mindbody app, or Mindbody website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GROUP CLASSES ARE NOT PRIVATE SESSIONS. If a client has many injuries, surgeries, ailments, etc. they will need to book a Private Session at the studio. Light modifications can be made, but we do not offer 1 on 1 sessions during group classes. Booking a class for your true experience level is important to helping you grow and avoid injury. We have many class options available. Please do not book a class that you are not able to physically handle. We are not liable for any injuries prior to, during, or post any class.
Session Packages: We offer various session packages for our classes, including drop-ins, class packages, and membership contracts. All class credits have an expiration date. For details on pricing options, please visit our website, our mobile app, Mindbody app, or Mindbody website.
Expiration Dates: Class packages have expiration dates associated with them. It is the client’s responsibility to use all classes within the specified time frame. Expired sessions will not be refunded or extended.
Refunds and Transfers: All purchases of studio classes, packages, and memberships, and merchandise are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.
Memberships: Memberships are different than drop ins and packages! Memberships are a legal contract. Please review the contracts before purchasing.
Class Reservations: We are a small studio with limited availability. In order to lock in your spot, the class you are interested in taking, must be fully paid for prior to arriving to the studio. Failure to arrive within five minutes of class start time will result in the loss of the booking credit and a No-Show fee will be charged to the account on file. If you do not show up for class, your spot may be given to a standby student. Failure to bring or refusal to purchase grip socks or a yoga mat at the studio, will automatically forfeit your spot in class and you will be considered a No-Show. Fees apply.
