Class packages, memberships and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
Health and Safety
You agree to disclose any injuries or medical conditions to your instructor prior to class. Participation is at your own risk. SAE by Re.form is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes.
